My name is Simoné.

I am a mom of two, and after my daughter turned one, I already started feeling immense pressure of the impending challenge of saying goodbye to her precious dummies. I was wracked with guilt at the thought of taking away something so valuable to her and what was her means of comfort in her most difficult moments, as well as terrified of the trauma and tantrums that I thought would ensue.

As her 2nd birthday came and went, I spent sleepless nights surfing the internet, looking for tried and tested methods, mom-advise and hard core research from the professionals, before even attempting the transition.

I came up short.

I didn't find anything that I felt would work for my very intelligent and strong willed girl, who does not take to change well at all.

And so Dummy Bunny came to be.

 

Now, years later, she still has her precious Dummy Bunny.
